There are three main principles of good architecture:
1. Durability (Firmatis) – The structure should stand up robustly and remain in good condition.
2. Utility (Utilitas) – It should be useful and function well for the people using it.
3. Beauty (Venustatis) – It should delight people and raise their spirits.

Meet The Founder - Nathaniel Bunger
Nathaniel Bunger is a successful life coach and long time home builder born and raised in Washington State.
He has traveled extensively throughout Latin America for more than 15 years and moved to Mexico in 2019 to help his then ill father retire in Lake Chapala, Mexico. It was then that he witnessed his fathers health improve from simple living, good weather, and loving community.
During this time Nathaniel built his first home in Lake Chapala and started hosting shamanic retreats to foreigners from around the world, many of whom were at a crossroads in life and were looking for a change. He began to see major breakthroughs in the people that would visit him, and also how many of them wanted to stay and live in Mexico. He saw an opportunity to combine his passion for home building and life coaching into one holistic experience. Healing Properties Mexico was born.
